Week of march 27th

In my production group, we have already started recording. First of all we had to think what kind of video we wanted to do and we decided to do a PSA video about adopting a pet and the danger on animals being inside animal shelters. Then one of our group members began to do  the story board on different angles and the way we would film. Then they went to the dog pound to record. We imported all the clips and we began to edit them. We have already started to put our video together but we still need to record a few more clips for the ending parts.

What Music Means To Me

Music is an escape from all the things going on around you. It can automatically change your mood into something better. I know that for me the music I listen to changes my mood into a much better one. It makes me happy makes me wake up and gives me energy, sometimes makes me want to dance. Music means, happiness to me, and for other people it might not mean that, depending on the type of music they listen to. Some of my favorite genres are rap and hip-hop, but not old school rap, much more modern. My most definite favorite has to be Kanye West, I just like the way he thinks so highly of his music, because he knows it’s so well done. His music always has a different type of beat and it’s always so catchy and each album has very different characteristics. I also listen to some types of Spanish music, especially since Spanish music makes me want to dance.

Problems of Struggles

Students all over world all face similar problems. Students at Bell High School face problems among their peers, it’s all mostly personal problems that sometimes might make it hard to go to school, like for instance if someone is being bullied it might be hard for them to do well in school. Other problems they might face is with their teachers. I know it’s hard it to get along with teachers because often times they feel superior to everyone else and many students don’t like that, so they’ll try to rebel against the teacher and start talking back. Some of the most common problems have to do with work and grades. Many students can’t keep up with all of the work or maybe they’re too lazy to do it, or they might have many other distractions, and they fall behind. When they fall way behind, they might just give up on school and that’s when all the serious problems begin to happen.
